چکیده
Aggregating multiple opinions or assessments in a decision has always been challenging field topic for researchers. Over the last decade, different approaches, mainly based on weighting data sources decision-makers (DMs), have proposed to resolve this issue, although social choice theory, focused frameworks combine individual opinions, is generally overlooked. To situation, novel methodology developed paper theory and statistical mathematics. This method innovates by dividing assessment into components which provides analysis, assigning weights each source regarding their position compared group considered criteria. multiple-weighting process maximises satisfaction. Furthermore, makes it possible manage previously assigned influence. An example given illustrate methodology. Additionally, sensitivity analysis performed comparisons with other methods are made. Finally, conclusions presented.

Evaluation of recommender systems: A multi-criteria decision making approach
The evaluation and selection of recommender systems is a difficult decision making process. This difficulty is partially due to the large diversity of published evaluation criteria in addition to lack of standardized methods of evaluation. As such, a systematic methodology is needed that explicitly considers multiple, possibly conflicting metrics and assists decision makers to evaluate and find...
متن کاملA NEW MULTIPLE CRITERIA DECISION-MAKING METHOD BASED ON BIPOLAR FUZZY SOFT GRAPHS
In this research study, we present a novel frame work for handling bipolar fuzzy soft information by combining bipolar fuzzy soft sets with graphs. We introduce several basic notions concerning bipolar fuzzy soft graphs and investigate some related properties. We also consider the application of the bipolar fuzzy soft graphs. In particular, three efficient algorithms are developed to solve mult...
متن کاملA modification of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets and its application to multiple criteria decision making
Probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set (PHFS) is a fruitful concept that adds to hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) the term of probability which is able to retain more information than the usual HFS. Here, we demonstrate that the existing definitions of PHFS are not still reasonable, and therefore, we first improve the PHFS definition. By endowing the set and algebraic operations with a new re-definition of P...
متن کاملA hybrid group decision making method to analyze the development of third generation biodiesel in Iran
Increasing energy use in the world, limited fossil fuel reserves and environmental issues leads researchers to study about renewable energy resources like biofuels. Biodiesel is a kind of biofuel that can be derived from biomasses like microalgae. These biomasses grow in the southern areas of Iran. So, suitable strategies should be determined to develop biodiesel production from these biomasses...
متن کاملA DSS for Cooperative Multiple Criteria Group Decision Making
Many decisions in organizations are made, or at least prepared, by multiple cooperating decision makers. A distributed DSS architecture is presented that connects multiple individual DSS to a group DSS. The group decisionmaking process is supported by contentoriented methods based on extensions of multiple criteria decision making methods, as well as by process-oriented techniques using a compu...
